Myokinesthetic Therapy
In 2008, I began training in the MyoKinesthetic (MYK) system and have
been certified since 2011. This neuromuscular technique has done more to help my clients improve their quality of life than massage ever did!
Plan on your first session lasting 45 minutes, then after that treatments can be completed in 15-25 minutes. Because this technique involves some reprograming of the muscles, I recommend new clients see me a minimum of 6 times in the first two weeks.
Massage Therapy
Where it all began.
I’ve been a massage therapist since 1997, specializing in therapeutic massage, reflexology and trigger point therapy. I still love the ability of a massage to help people relax, unwind and achieve a general sense of well being. Since the addition of MYK to my practice, many clients still opt for a massage as well!
Lifewave Patching
I’m so excited to add LifeWave patches to Kelley’s World of BodyWorks! Since 1997, I’ve been in the business of helping my clients bring their bodies into better balance with less pain using massage and MyoKinesthetic therapies. LW patches are a welcome addition to my practice and have quickly become a part of my own daily self-care!
